3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates: Estimates are provided free of charge based on the information available at the time of request.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit or debit cards.
Late Payments: Balances not paid within the agreed terms may incur additional charges and could delay future scheduling.
4. Cancellations and Scheduling Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project or service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled work may result in a cancellation fee to cover time and resources allocated.
5. Warranties and Liability
Workmanship Guarantee: JM Barklage Drywall Contractors stands behind its craftsmanship. We provide a limited warranty on labor for a defined period after completion, depending on the nature of the project.
Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property or job site during scheduled work hours.
Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or other client-side issues may result in additional fees or rescheduling.
7. Property and Materials
All materials and supplies provided by JM Barklage Drywall Contractors remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Unauthorized removal or use of materials prior to payment may result in additional charges or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and written materials on the JM Barklage Drywall Contractors website are the exclusive property of JM Barklage Drywall Contractors.
No content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without express written consent.
